Girls and girls of color are the new generation of game changers and leaders that will redefine the world and how we accomplish good and make changes to our national and global community. By harnessing the power of self-acceptance, self-care, the healthy maintenance of your mind, body, and spirit, you will unleash a powerful social, economic change in our world. You will have fun and build your destiny at the same time.

In preparing for today’s Summit, we want to bring you our best so we searched across the state and the nation for materials used by famous and not so famous leaders, who with courage, encouragement, and dedication to hard work are making change happen.

We bring you good news in your journey to global leadership. We are your team. Here are five pointers to start your journey: Advice to our Daughters and Sisters.

2. Make Your Move. Act. This conference is about growth, unity, respect, leadership, and success.
3. You will Meet Fierce Resistance to Change. No one can promise you that making change in your life will be as easy as doing nothing.
4. You are Amazing. We think you all are amazing, and the world needs to hear from you.
5. You will Achieve Success. We see you leading this country and the world to new levels of greatness. Speak and you will be heard.
